We’ll transport your luggage from the parking area to your cabin by tricycle.
The calm, shallow water is perfect for boating and SUP boarding. The water has a natural brownish tint due to the high peat content, and swimming is possible during the summer.
There are fish in the reservoir, although catching them can be a challenge — so feel free to bring your fishing rods! :)
If you’re arriving by train, there is a Pyaterochka supermarket near the station.
During the summer, the cabins are equipped with insect traps and mosquito repellents.
You may occasionally come across grass snakes, which are harmless to humans.

If you’re driving from Moscow or any other city, simply search for A-Ferma in your navigation app and follow the route straight to our gates.
We are located approximately 100 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD).

Take a suburban train from Kazan Railway Station (Kazansky Station) towards Shatura or Cherusti and get off at Avsyunino Station. For the most convenient exit, travel in the last carriage.
From the station, you can take a taxi to A-Ferma - the distance is approximately 4 km, and the fare is around RUB 350.
