Version of 26 October 2026
Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data we receive through aferma.info, why we need it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. The policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006. The Russian version prevails.
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is Sole proprietor Tatiana Mironova, OGRNIP 319774600351863 (“we”). A‑Ferma glamping is located at: A‑Ferma 1, Avsyunino, Orekhovo‑Zuyevo District, Moscow Region, Russia.
For any question about your data: phone +7 925 595-92-59.
2. What data and why
- Booking a house: name, phone, email, check‑in and check‑out dates, number of adults and children, pet details, booking comment. We need them to make the booking, take payment, contact you and check you in.
- Gift certificate request: name, phone and your wishes for the gift. We need them to call you back and issue the certificate.
- Calls and messenger chats: whatever you tell us. We need it to reply.
- Site statistics, only if you clicked “Accept” in the cookie notice: cookies, IP address, browser and device details, pages and actions on the site. We use them to see what guests use and to improve the site.
- Running the site: technical cookies and browser storage (chosen language, your cookie choice, booking draft), IP address to protect against password guessing and spam. The site does not work properly without them.
We never receive or store your card details: payments are handled by the payment service.
We do not process special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) or biometrics, and we make no decisions about you by automated means alone.
3. Legal grounds
- your consent to personal data processing, given when you submit a form on the site, and separately for statistics in the cookie notice;
- a contract with you: the booking and stay, buying a certificate;
- legal requirements such as accounting and tax law.
4. What we do with the data
Collect, record, organise, store, update, use, transfer (only to the parties listed below), anonymise, block, erase and destroy it, both by automated means and without them.
5. Who we share it with
Only those we need to provide the service, and only what they need:
- Bnovo booking service: booking details, to manage house availability and take payment;
- YooKassa payment service: payment details;
- Beget hosting: the site and its database run on its servers in Russia;
- VK: notifications about new bookings and requests reach our staff as community messages;
- Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica): visit statistics, only with your consent.
The data is stored on servers in Russia. We do not transfer it abroad and never sell it. We disclose it to public authorities only when the law requires.
6. How long we keep it
- bookings and payments: 5 years after the stay, as accounting law requires;
- certificate requests: 1 year after the request or until the certificate expires;
- Yandex Metrica statistics: under Yandex’s rules, no longer than needed for analysis;
- if you withdraw consent, we delete the data within 30 days, except what the law obliges us to keep.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser. Those needed to run the site always work. Yandex Metrica is switched on only if you clicked “Accept” in the cookie notice.
Changed your mind? Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose again. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then work worse.
8. Your rights
- find out what data we hold about you and how we process it;
- ask us to correct, block or delete it if it is inaccurate, outdated or no longer needed;
- withdraw your consent;
- complain to Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) or to a court.
Write or call us using the contacts in section 1. We reply within 10 working days.
9. How we protect it
The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need the data for their work can see it in the admin system, each with a personal login and password. Staff actions are logged.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. A new version applies once published on this page; its date is shown at the top.
